But watching his family-allies-just sleep is endlessly infuriating. It's a tough decision. But he sets out on his own to seek them.
Shadow's dealing with a lot of pain. Pain about his purpose, his body, and most recently, his hunger. But the voices in his head are painfully loud and they won't shut up. They all but drag him onto his feet, forcing him to keep going. Was this his purpose? Was this what Maria wanted for him?
Rouge is so darn pleased with herself. Escaping a few crime bosses is nothing new to her, but a whole new world to steal from? Now that's exciting! And the first thing to grab? How can she turn down a massive emerald.
