But Remus simply wants to live a quiet life teaching Defense Against the Dark Arts. Ever persistent, Hermione refuses to let him. She comes into the castle, overturning his carefully found peace. They both have slowly growing feelings for each other. Remus, stubborn as always, is resistant and fearful of what it will mean for Hermione. Hermione, also stubborn as always, pushes back. Refusing to let him hide from his accomplishments, happiness, and the love she has for him.
