Summary
Lilla lives with her mother at Providence , her mother is the lead scientist. The newly opened school (Sciurus) opens for students 3 months earlier than the official start of the schoolyear, here they are divided into groups of four to work as a team. During this 3 months time, they do not receive any training, they just need to get to know each other and the school better before.
Lilla receives painful injections from her mother every day for an alleged illness. Later she and her firends will discover a great and disturbing secret about her and her mother, will she live up to the challange and overcome it ? Wil she be able to be the person she wants to be ? Will she be able to protect her friends ? She meets new friends and enemies. Lilla hides the fact that she has lived in Providence her entire life and that her mother never allowed her to go out into the outside world alone, which has caused her to be socially awkward, but despite this, she is cheerful and has a positive outlook on the world, and would do anything for her friends. -

Summary
This is an iterative fanfiction of Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality. The primary point of divergence is that James and Lily Potter had a daughter who they named Harriett Lily Potter.
This is intended to be a fun, relatively-lighthearted take on hpmor.
The majority of changes are a direct consequence of Harriet being female, either due to personality changes stemming from differences in how young boys and young girls are socialized, differences in how young boys and young girls are treated by society, and also the political ramifications of The-Child-Who-Lived being female. Harriet is far less impulsive and more emotionally mature compared to Harry, though like Harry she does still possess the same mysterious dark side. Her scientific interests also diverge somewhat from Harry, with less focus on theoretical physics and more focus on social sciences (in particular related to gender, for understandable reasons), which in turn led her to study more statistics, epidemiology, genetics, and public health sciences.
I did change a few plot points not related to Harriet’s gender. There were some points I disagreed on, and some I just thought would fit the plot better.
