I'm going to sum it up for you. Hiccup and Toothless left Berk at 15, defeated the Red Death, and moved on. Now, three years later, dragon hunters are having a really hard time doing their job what with the invisible Dragon Rider, one whose intelligence rivals Viggo Grimborn's.
No one knew what to make of this Rider, the one who supposedly defeated THE Drago Bludvist. No one had seen this enigma, no one had heard it's voice, and no one knew what dragon it had. If it even had a dragon. All they knew, is that he's a friend a dragons, a creature clad in black scales, some times dragon, sometimes human-like.Hiccup and Toothless obviously can fill you in on all that, but that's the past now (one that does get explored). Now Toothless is the Alpha, and Hiccup is the same old dragon-loving, one-legged, sweetheart as before. So why the hell did Toothless randomly turn into a human? And HOW did they find themselves back on Berk 10 years after they'd left, attending a wedding?
