Summary
Set immediately after "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes": Days after the defeat of the tyrant Koba, the halfway dead ape is found by you, amongst the ruins of a war he helped start. You take home the broken animal, unbeknownst to his crimes, and attempt to heal him. But you soon realize bringing this monster into your sanctuary was a mistake, and he was hell-bent on making sure you never forget it. He'd repay your "kindness" with blood as soon as he regains his strength, but as days turn into weeks and weeks into months, the scarred bonobo struggles to get a hold of his goal and learns there might be more to life than hatred.

Summary
Some time after the events of KotPotA the Sunset Trio is out on patrol down by the creek. Noa contemplates his new role of Master of the Birds as well as being the last living ape to know of the true Caesar. With his limited knowledge, his goal is to answer the question of, “Can ape and human live side by side?” The question becomes more complicated when he is saved from a watery grave by an Echo, who seems to want nothing to do with Apes. Compassionate but distant, she’s as good a place to start on his journey to understanding Caesar as anywhere else. In getting you to care about apes, he may just start caring about humans as well.
