Summary
Some defense attorneys are so anti-prosecutor, they cannot hold an amiable conversation. Temari has never understood that perspective.
And, of course, she's always been told the old adage you catch more flies with honey. As though he'll work better with her if they're not arguing all the time.
That's why she's here and talking with him. That's why she's agreed to this single drink even after finding out who she'll be drinking with. That's why she's leaning closer and feeling the ache along the back of her tongue. That's why.
