He learnt to fight for himself, for the little hope and happiness he carries in his heart. And he was doing okay. He has a mother who loves him dearly, his best friends who were always there for him, and a fiance who loves him and obsesses a little too much over him. He might not have all the sunshine and rainbows, but Izuku was happy with all that he has.

    Until he walked in on his fiance with a woman, both in their naked glory and their sweaty bodies an entangling mess with one another. And he discovered things, stomach retching sickening things, and he wasn’t sure if he was ever going to be okay ever again.

    And then, as if fate was playing with him, Midoriya Izuku was reunited with the last person he thought he would ever see. His ex bestest friend, his first love, the very same red eyed blonde who tossed him aside at 16 for being Quirkless. Izuku knows life is never predictable but this, the way his life took a turn in a whole unexpected direction, he would and had never seen it coming his way.

    The smell of voice her threads reverberate on, the man standing in front of her right now, is Phainon. A thick blood like that is unmistakable.

    But that Flame Reaver’s voice… smells the exact same.

    (or, Aglaea rediscovers her humanity, and becomes the Flame Reaver’s ally along the way.)
