Summary
When a low-level ghost does the unthinkable and steals the Skeleton Key, it becomes Danny Phantom’s responsibility as Ghost King to intervene before the damage ripples across dimensions. A miscalculated jump leaves him crash-landing in Gotham, where residual Lazarus energy warps his already unstable form into something far more cryptid than human. Stripped of his crown and his totems of power, Danny is forced to navigate an unfamiliar dimension on his own.
Damian Wayne, an enthusiastic rescuer of strays, found him and unilaterally adopts him. The Batfamily is left with the impossible task of explaining to their youngest member that his newfound ‘pet’ is not, in fact, an animal, but something far closer to an eldritch abomination and very much a god.

Summary

He has no idea that those caped weirdos are actually the Bat-clan, that they are highly-skilled detectives and that his new friend might actually be a better scam artist than he is.

Danny retired after five years of being Phantom the last year of being phantom before he decided to put the mantle down and live and acquired area the Justice League had been chasing him and attacking him at every chance they got calling him a villain and seen him as evil.
Now the Justice League had knocked on his store asking for his help to look for phantom as they were in need of his help not knowing that the ghost that they have been chasing a year ago was the one they needed.
