Just his luck. He accidentally opens his boyfriend’s drawer and in his attempt to respect his privacy, ends up creating an entire mess. Kaveh lies down on the floor and looks under the drawer, hoping whatever was inside the box has slipped under. It’s too dark for him to see anything, so he slides his hand underneath and begins to blindly search for it. After a few seconds, his hand touches something cool, the sound of metal scratching against wooden boards ringing in his ear. Gotcha. He drags the object out and holds it up triumphantly, holding it up to the light with a proud smile, only to gasp when he realizes what he’s holding.
It’s the most gorgeous ring he’s ever laid his eyes on.
When Kaveh accidentally stumbles upon a ring in Alhaitham's belongings, he is left wondering if they're ready to take the next step in their relationship.
