Bucky seldom asks for things, especially since moving in with Steve. Steve can't deny him anything, or else he might stop asking for things completely.
At least putting it that way makes Steve feel slightly less guilty about agreeing so quickly to help Bucky acclimate to his newfound libido—a side effect of weaning off the meds that’d kept him chemically castrated—by offering his hands, his mouth, his body as stress relief.
He’s just being a good friend.

Secret intel had driven the Avengers to a Hydra base in order to shut it down. Steve was also there with his own agenda, which was to find information on Bucky, who he suspected might still be alive and captive. What the Avengers didn’t know was that the base had been abandoned for well over a decade, but it was by no means empty. A trap, with none other than the Winter Soldier hiding there with the mission to kill Captain America.
What neither the Avengers nor Hydra knew was that this particular base was filled with experimental plants, shock full of sex pollen.
