Except Wednesday Addams. She has always been able to see every color except black. Every day, she curses her soulmate for withholding the color black from her. She has no plans of ever accepting her soulmate, but when she meets them she's sworn to enact her revenge. They've tortured her with a rainbow of colors all her life, it's only fair after all.
Tyler Galpin has been able to see colors for as long as he can remember, but it takes him years to realize he's missing the color black. He doesn't think about his soulmate too often, someone he believes he met in passing as a toddler. Until he learns the truth about himself and the importance of a soulmate to a Hyde.

Summary
Lila's threat is slowly coming to fruition. Mme. Bustier's class has isolated Marinette and, while the rumors and bullying hurt, she doesn't expose the liar. That's what Adrien asked of her, and she keeps her promise, all the while praying that something would change.
But by chance while listening to music while working on homework, a song from an American musical leads her to ask for help, and discover that she's a lot less helpless against Lila than she thought.

Inspired by I'd Rather Be Me from Mean Girls.
In which Sabine and Tom take action to help their daughter, Adrien realizes he messed up, Caline misinterprets some things but tries, Chloé just wants Lila to stop, and Marinette is just kinda along for the ride.
There will be salting of Alya, Mme. Bustier, and Lila in here, a dusting for Nino and Adrien, and a pinch for the class.

Summary
All Adrien wanted was to keep the peace and make sure everyone in his class stayed friendly. That was why he took the high road, held his tongue, and allowed Lila's lies to spread unchecked. He didn't think this was a big deal; sure, Marinette complained, but she'd endured just fine when he'd defended Chloe, so why would this be any different? And besides, who could be hurt by a couple of tall tales about celebrities and fake charitable work?
But karma is a stubborn thing. It can occasionally be deflected, such that a villain is protected from her well-deserved punishment, but it can never be truly stopped--especially when the Ladybug miraculous is involved. In those cases, if appropriate consequences cannot fall upon the villain herself, they inevitably descend upon the protector who upheld her lies, downplayed her cruelties, and shielded her from harm.
And by the time Adrien learns just what sort of punishment that Lila earned and that he must now endure, it may be far too late for him.
