Why did it feel like this? So cold, yet I was burning alive. Her hair was splayed out on her pillow, she was looking at the ceiling, lost in the bumps and patterns on the cream surface. She had avoided talking to me all day, she had been doing that lately. I think she wants to end whatever complicated web of feelings this is.
