Summary
When Torior lands a job at one of Mornia’s newly opened border checkpoints, she doesn’t think much of the implications that come with being a border protection agent. Her Boss is hot, her coworkers are chatty, and the people that she gets to meet everyday offer enough stories to keep the exhaustion at bay.
But as time goes on, the work begins to eat at her. She encounters criminals, cultists working to undo the government’s actions, sweet-faced troublemakers, murderers, and a bitter slice of everyone that Mornia left behind in its pursuit for total state compliance. She can no longer trust the narrative that the strangers in front of her spin or the constantly changing words of her conniving coworkers, both of whom seem bent on getting her in trouble.
She’d broken her once close ties with the policeman that stood beside her office door everyday, and now can’t speak to him without remembering the look on his girlfriend’s face when she’d deported her.
The office reeks of suspicion and spies, but apparently only Torior can smell it. Torior, Mornia’s best border inspector and Boss’s favorite employee.

She lives out in the data slums, a place where junk data goes to fade. She spends most days scavenging for useful scraps, hunting for meager meals, and hiding from those that would do her harm. Her only companion, much to her dismay, is a monodramon that swings by every so often to see how she's doing and to give her little gifts to make her life better. She's not a big fan of that.
At least, that's how she feels until, one day, she receives a visitor - a friend of that monodramon's. He has an offer, once that will provide her with comfort, food, and a shot at being happy. It comes with a price tag, though: one that she is uncomfortable with.

Summary
Haerin and Danielle are inseparable, they have been since they were babies. Haerin has been in deep love with her for years. Only, Danielle is completely oblivious to her feelings. And when Danielle develops a crush on Kim Minji, she turns to the one person the trusts the most; Haerin. It doesn't just stop there, though! It becomes more only more painful from that point on, as Danielle begins to rely on Haerin to navigate her romance with Minji unaware every mention of the girl breaks Haerin's heart. Determined to not lose Danielle, Haerin agrees to be the person Danielle needs, even if it means breaking her own heart.
Haerin struggles to move on the feelings she cant hide anymore, and Danielle has to meet the uncomfortable realization that the person she was looking for all along has been with her for years.

Officially, the Coruscant Guard were a collection of specially-produced batches of Clones designed and trained for Military Police work, collected together to defend the Military and Political infrastructure of Coruscant. To the Senate, the Jedi, and the Public, they are a constant reminder of how much the war has consumed the daily life of the Republic. To the GAR, they're some warped mirror of their Brothers, enforcing strict regulations and uncaring for their own struggles.
Unofficially, the Coruscant Guard are the willing tools of the Sith, trained since they were decanted or pulled from the ranks of the GAR to be loyal not to the Republic, but to the Dark Lords. To the Guard, everyone else are ignorant fools who don't see what's right in front of their faces.
All of these viewpoints are, in some way, correct. And where there is a shared truth, there is overlap. And where there is overlap, there is potential for change.
(The Coruscant Guard are born, bred, and raised Sith. Now if only everyone else didn't try and bridge the gap.)
