Alone in his cell, a divine glow interrupted him.
“Is it true you wish hatred upon the world, son?”
Confused and utterly baffled, Dallas hesitates before nodding.
“I have a task for you, young man. This will weigh heavily on your shoulders for many years.”
—That night, Dally was ‘punished’. Turned into a guardian over one specific boy.
Someone the angel specifically chose to make Dally find someone he’d love in this world.
The angel assigned him Johnny Cade.
“Keep this boy alive, safe and at peace… if you think nothing can bring you to see the good in this world, he will.”
And Dally is furious.

Everything changes when a cyclone blows through, sweeping Ponyboy and his dog, Yeller, up into the fantastical world of Oz, where he is instructed to meet the Wizard in the Gold City for a way to take him back home.
He meets several familiar characters along the way with their own hopes and dreams. Maybe the Wizard has the means to help all of them.

Requested by @rileyh20 over on Tumblr. Each chapter says how the different members of the gang cooks and they all somehow manage to not give each other food poisoning. There's nothing else more to say, thats literally the entire thing. The title says anyone can cook except for Dally, but in reality for the story its like two thirds of the gang can't cook.

And, even if he doesn’t like to admit it, he’s a clingy drunk.
